The candidate will act under the supervision of the managers of Roche Bobois, as brand ambassadors in the showroom, offering unparalleled customer service from greeting walk-in customers and making them discover the Roche Bobois collections to designing tailor-made projects and following up on orders with suppliers.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Developing portfolio of customers
- Customer projects’ preparation and follow -up of projects from A to Z (3D, moodboard…)
- Follow- up of orders with European suppliers.
- Merchandising of the showroom
- Highly motivated, customer service-oriented, well-organized, good presentation, and endowed with great communication skills & Fast learner
- Strong interest in the furniture and luxury business
- Eager to learn
- A degree/Bachelor in Business , Marketing, Sale
- Very good knowledge in MS Office
- English speaking, driving license is a plus.
- Able to travel.
