Role Objective: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for all operational activities of support to the Sales Team.
Task:
Preparation of offers according to margin calculation provided by Sales People
-Request of transport quotations
-Submission of offers to customer/distributor/agent
-Check of purchase order compared to offer
-Data entry (items/suppliers/customers) in the ERP IRIS – if new
-Entry of PO to supplier in the system
-Placing the PO to the supplier
-Check OA from supplier
-Send OA to the customer
-Issuing of ev. Proforma Invoice to customer for advance payment
-Monitor lead time and readiness of goods
-Issuing of invoice according to payment conditions
-Arrangement of shipment
-Collection and checking of shipping documents
-Submission of shipping advice to customer
-Submission of complete set of shipping documents to customer
-Filing of complete set of documents in OneDrive
-Sales forecast in conjunction with the sales manager
-Credit Collection and Statements of account in conjunction with the accounting department
Skills
Knowledge:
Understanding of margin calculations.

Credit management, L/C, CAD, collection and accounting basics.
