Position Summary
The Operations Associate role at Setanta will be responsible for many operational elements in the delivery of courses to students. This role will work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth transition into study and provide support throughout studies. They will also ensure efficient and effective planning and running of events.

Communications
Qualification and Experience:
Degree in a business or administration related field.
2 years previous experience in a customer service role.
Essential:
Fluent in English & Italian
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
The ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and written.
Excellent presentation skills.
