With a more casual atmosphere to compliment the more simplistic food offering, but in line with it’s desire to do things right, Alfie’s Pizzeria brought in a three time Italian champion pizzaiolo (pizza chef) to assist in creating an authentic offering. Under Nicky’s stewardship, Alfie’s Pizzeria and Deli has grown to become a Mecca for authentic Italian pizza and cuisine in Gauteng, as well as a great spot to watch the world go by with an Aperol Spritz or coffee in hand.
Requirements
*He/she must be not older than 35/40
*hard working, enthusiastic and honest
*Preferably with a basic knowledge of the Italian culture
*No need to have previous experience in hospitality
As you know, the environment is happy and dynamic, and Alfredo is a good boss and willing to make young people grow in the business 😉
Salary
For a full time position – from 11am to 11pm every day excluding Sunday evening and the whole Monday, plus sometimes an extra day off – he offers a fixed amount of R20,000 plus benefits – for a roughly total salary of 35-40,000rand per month
For a part time job, the salary is fixed at 15,000.
